Matching the Guru Pournima 17th year celebration of his mentor Pandit Parameshwara Hegde the noted personality Kumar Bangarappa arranged for trio celebration – one is the inauguration of his mansion Lavanya towers, second is the launch of his son and daughter – Arjun and Lavayna on stage as singers in Hindustani style and the third one giving respect to his Guru Pandit Parameshwar Hegde to start ‘Guru Pournima’ musical evening at Arjun Art studio.

Bangarppa lauded his grand daughter Lavanya and grandson Arjun for good voice they have. Lavayna has soft voice and Arjun has strong base voice he complimented his grandchildren after hearing the inaugural song sung by them on Lord Ganesha. For this particular song Pandit Parameshwara Hegde played the harmonium.
Pandit Parameshwara Hegde the music director of a Kannada film ‘Sacha’ is moving from Radhakrishna Temple near Malleswaram Railway station to Arjun Art studio to celebrate the 17th Guru Pornima felt happy for giving such a place. He thanked S Bangarappa for the help he did long ago. I am here today only because of Bangarappaji he said.
When first time my parents are coming to this Lavanya towers I thought of arranging this function said Kumar Bangarappa. My children singing and my parents hearing to it is very special for me said the humble Kumar Bangarappa. He also promised Pandit Parameshwar Hegde Academy would get special attention from his side.
