It was ‘A’ in 1998 and now ‘A+’ in 2017. There is no connectivity. Super star actor from that film Upendra has given one correction to his colleague in direction department of ‘Uppi 2’. Other than that Uppi came to bless this film at Banagiri Vinayaka temple near Padmanabha Petrol Bunk. S Narayan, Soundarya Jagadish and other guests graced the muhurut of the film from BR Cinemas.

Vijay Soorya is heading the megaphone as director with newcomer Anil Siddhu and Sangeetha in lead pair. VS has stint as assistant director from the days of ‘Orata I Love You’. His last was ‘Uppi 2’ as assistant director.

Siddhu alias Anil Siddu villain in Silicon City and acted in Manirathnam film recently is the lead actor. It has love story. A middle class youth achievement process with difficulties are explained in thrilling style in screenplay he says.

Sangeetha who played Sathi in Harahara Mahadeva and in Super Jodi with Karthik is making debut in cinema. This is not a routine cinema she assures.

A builder by profession Prabhukar has already one film ‘Pritsoru’ on floor. Manjunath alias Viraat is hero cum director of the film. He is producing this film with support from S Narayan and Soundarya Jagadish. After hearing to the story in one meeting he agreed to produce the film.

Lakshmi Hegde, Prashanth Siddhi, Ravi Marur and others are in the cast.
