In the past there was ‘Vedhike’ a film journalist association. Now this ‘Vedhike’ is a platform for learning acting and direction.


Director of Orata I Love You, E Sanje and now ‘Onti’ under production Sri has set up ‘Vedhike’ in consultation with senior director Suresh Raj, Dr RT Rama veteran actress, senior director Chikkanna, actress Mamata Ravat, Basavaraja Bellary and singer Srinivas in the faculty. Honnavalli Krishna and Tennis Krishna of nearly 1000 films and 500 films respectively are also taking classes.


It is because of the trauma what Sri faced forced him to take up this ‘Vedhike’. The institute will be functioning from JP Nagar. July admissions start and 3 months course with 70 percent of practicals starts from August 2017.


Like mushrooms there are institutes to teach acting and direction. But this is having different idea is what made me to join stated veteran director Chikkanna.


Dr RT Rama veteran actress with TN Balakrishna, Narasimha Raju and others headed the theatre division in Bengaluru University has shown lot of interest on this aspect because in the earlier years there was no such move. She is very happy with young crops generating knowledge and progressing in life.


Mamata Ravat now almost in Telugu films decided to take up comedy in the Navarasas of acting for the stunts on the weed ends.
