This is a right film at the right time from Rajesh Venur and producer Ashwini P. In giving a convincing family oriented subject with sentiments and some crucial situations, the film looks at the necessity of IQ more important to lead the life instead of scoring high in academic qualification.

How careful is this young director is shown in just one situation – a child of 98 percent scores is not able to open the shirt button on own. That particular scene is enough on the intelligence of this director. In the climax he does a fantastic contribution in curbing corrupt businessman and focusing on the Kannada schools getting prominence. This is another great concern.

In the normal cases curbing the corruption a big gala fight is taken up in commercial films. In this director Rajesh Venur uses his IQ is booking the corrupt that too in front of chief minister of the state. A great thought indeed!

What is Asathoma Sadgamaya? The film moves in four tracks – in the first track is Finland returned Shalini looking for her mother. She comes in to contact with a lovely pair Kiran Raj and Lasya Nagaraj – both intend to leave the country and settle down. In their travel joins Baby Chitrali who lost her father in connection to retain the government Kannada school.

Shalini that is Radhika Chetan gets her mother in the search and in the process she thinks of doing something good for her motherland. Whether Lasya and Kiran Raj fly to America to settle down, Baby Chitrali dream…the business tycoon position – you have to watch it on silver screen.

Kiran Raj in his debut looks handsome, very active in his performance; he has a great future ahead. Radhika Chetan is circumspect in her role. Lasya Nagaraj looks mod and lively in her role, Deepak Shetty looks well set for negative roles.

Vahab Saleem wins in his music and lyrics – there are two lovely lilting tunes. Cinematography is another good scorer of this film.

Kannada cinema has got a good director, actor Kiran Raj and music director Vahab Saleem.
