Posted date: 21 Mon, Aug 2017 08:53:14 AM
Another intelligent, bright and full of energy youth studying in I PUC, Vagmi R Yajurvedi son of noted producer Raghunath and Vaani taken up direction on an adolescent subject with proper study. That is ‘Ghrana’ with a message – allot time for your children to parents.

Attempt of Vagmi is brilliant and more time with technical support he could become a feature film director. That was evident from his not boring shots conceived and quick in folding up the contents in the 20 plus odd minutes short film ‘Ghraana’ that was screened on Shravana Shanivara at SRV Theatre.

Vagmi R Yajurvedi as debut director of this short film has studied on such crime happening around him. The whitener inhaler he has dealt in the short film that gives the kick to the young brains is just one of the several products available in the society.

Children taking to such things should be avoided at any cost. This kick would kick their career out. That is why the point of parents giving time to children and monitoring them well is very much needed says Vagmi. Most of the shoot for ‘Ghrana’ was done in Mohan B Kere studio. Chintan Jois of the age group of Vagmi has wielded the camera. He has used Canon 5D. The thought process of Vagmi commenced on 22nd July and his mother encouraged him to get everything for making this short film. by August second week the short film was ready.

Dr Somashekhar who is specialist in treating such children is associated to MS Ramaiah Hospital says like Udtha Punjab was done it is ‘Udtha Bengaluru’. To prevent children from taking to such crime it is very essential to give a caring time by parents he observes. It has effect on physical, mental and social areas.

Raghunath producer father of Vagmi is having a very proud feeling on his son’s achievement. Like how my wife Vaani is main ‘Shakthi’ in progressing, my son also discussed the issue with his mother first.

On the content handled by his son in the short film ‘Ghrana’, Raghunath disclosed that Bengaluru has become a garbage city, let it not become a drug city is the only hope from such attempts.
