 In Kannada rowdy activities cinema are coming now and then. In some of the places we hear the sound of long sharp edge weapons.  The beginning of journey of another pair – Mahesha nd Rapid Rashmi, like ‘Kenda Sampige’ Vicky and Manvitha and ‘Geetha Bangle Store’ – Sushmitha and Pramod – this is also new pair cinema.

In ‘Namak Haram’ we see such flying and slashing ‘long’ but sensibilities of ‘Padhe Padhe’ director Nagaraj Peenya is not missing. He has not given anything beyond the boundary. He has attempted at a mass entertainer.

There are different turns and twists. In fact in the last few frames the film is shocking and surprising. You find bizarre of rowdy activities and a cool, simple love story tucked inside the screenplay. There is some emotions and at a few places it is itching.

The film ‘Namak Haram’ grip in the beginning moves to duet and love scenes. Nagaraj Peenya tried hard to bring in natural feel. In the action scenes it is Different Danny and Ultimate Shivu who takes the film to a level.

 A simple guy, honest too is like Harischandra in his words to others. His way of attitude is shown in rugged style.  That is Jaggi (Krishna Mahesh – name changed from Mahesh). He is orphan. He has four friends and underworld is his part of life. He grows under don Kadu Krishna (Rajendra Karanth). Of course there is opponent gang and another interesting person waiting to take revenge on Jaggi.

Krishna Mahesh brother of golden star Ganesh is having future as action hero. He has good height and body language. In his debut he is no less compared to other heroes as for as action is concerned.

Rapid Rashmi has taken good opening in films. Rajendra Karanth is brilliant. Sudhakar, Danny Kuttappa, Yathiraj, Sai Krishna, Pallakki Radhakrishna, Sharan Kabbur extended good support.  It is difficult to accept as rowdy in the role for the face of Gaurish Akki.

                                        

Two songs from Satish Aryan is melodious. Background score, Nandakumar cinematography is absorbing.
