Can you imagine the quantum of comedy not proportionately mixed with Chikkanna and Bullet Prakash characters around! That’s what happened for this ‘Tale Bachkolli Powder Hakkolli’. Director Venugopal has also forgotten to give a tribute to music director Vijaya Bharathi who passed away recently worked for the film. What is the point of using so many artists’ photographs when proper respect to departed soul Vijayabharathi is not given!

Venugopal has a neat story on his hand. The tragedy is more than comedy in this film TBPH. Two youths Vikram and Chikkanna are ready to end life. They are taken to a place to live and extended job by chairman of a bank Ramesh Bhat.

The duo is used for ‘Loan Recovery’ section of the bank. The biggest trouble is when underworld lord played by Shobaraj loan recovery crops up. It is Rs.100 crores loan that Shobaraj had taken in the absence of chairman Bhat. The duo now hatches a plot. They decide to make a film and cast Shobaraj in the film. That is ‘Thangigaagi’ cinema by the duo with Shobaraj as brother and Nikita Tukral as sister.

‘Thangigaagi’ is a hit cinema and Shobaraj as brother earns good status. In this happy mood in the name of autograph his signature is taken by the duo on right papers that brings underworld don on the streets. Now he has the earning of actor that settles him to a happy life.

Vikram Arya has danced well. He looks like S Narayan brother and the dubbing also supports for this observation. Chikkanna should have demanded more comedy for his role. Shobaraj is a screen stealer from his variety in performance. Nikita Tukral is a treat to watch.

There are two lovely songs in the film and cinematography gives a pleasant watch. Soft and steady approach should have been fast and furious.
