First time director Rakesh has used all his tricks to get audience attention especially the youths. He knows that what sells in the market. The double meaning dialogues are in excess and skin show is also main attraction. A few films have succeeded with double meaning – Simple Ag Ond Love story is one such example.


In this ‘Tharle Nan Maklu’ besides the pranks and emotional moments the making and production values are in good standard. Producers Sachindanad and Satish Kumar deserves applaud for investment.

How the life of a supporting actor and direction aspirant is treated in Gandhinagar hub of film activities is main emphasis of this film. It appears to be partly the life sketch of director Rakesh. An actress and TV anchor also takes the cream of good attention.


There is a turn after ‘Tharles’ fed till interval. The duo are participants in ‘Namma Boss’ but they are not aware of it. What happens when ‘Tharle’ Nagashekhar and Yathiraj are living with two pretty girls? The film is also having a thin layer of message but maximum of portion is attempted in giving entertainment.

Nagashekhar a well known director has enough double meaning dialogues and he carries the film. Yathiraj is very active throughout the film. Shuba Punja and Anjana Deshpande score for their looks and sensuous presence. Honnavalli Krishna, Sudhakara, Malavalli Saikrishna have rendered good support.

One of the songs of DJ turned music director Suryavamshi is foot tapping. Jerald has also given feast to eyes from his cinematography.
