The best work has come from reputed cameraman Shekar Chandru in the ‘Mungaru Male 2’ Kannada cinema that was just released. You would be mesmerized with cinematography angles – the richness of the film increases because of high degree of skill. The top angles, close ups, the rain and fog effect, Jog Falls. Slovenia from top to bottom – you would feel extremely happy for the work of Shekar Chandru.

In fact cameraman has overtaken everyone in this film ‘MM2’ – that has the usual love story. Director Shashank was brilliant in his earlier film ‘Krishna Leela’. He has managed to give a mediocre film with not much of freshness and novelty.

The point of love is nothing but sacrifice is also told several times on Indian screen. The love blossoming even after excitement ending for Preetham is what his father Suryakanth has recognized. That is because this carefree going boy gets bored very quickly. He has several cases behind him. It is only Nandini strikes deep inside his heart. Of course after a few days in Rajasthan Preetham and Nandini with three conditions are close friends. After a few days I would not be available for you say Nandini but Preetham father who has given everything for son notices the change in his son. It was from a mobile call Sooryakanth traces the house of Nandini.

In the house of Nandini there is already a match for her. This is a must happening for Nandini as her father is getting back sister and mother after 26 years of separation.

Now Sooryakanth budge and ask his son that love is nothing but sacrifice. You better do it. What happens later…..you don’t expect us to say everything in this review. Go and watch this 159 minutes and 33 seconds ‘Mungaru Male 2’.

Ganesh looks very sweet in this film and his hairstyle, costume are in high end. V Ravichandran in a short presence done his best. Neha Shetty is the future of Kannada cinema. She has the height, looks, ability to emote in her. Shilpa Manjunath and Aindrita Ray have very small duration of stay on screen.

Ravishanker manages from his regular pressured acting. Sadhu Kokila, Tabla Naani and Pratapu get some relief required.

Arjun Janya has managed to give two lovely tunes – he has not lived up to “Mungaru Male” expectations.

The film is of course lengthy and needed some scissors. The portion of Ganesh and Shradda Srinath could be easily cut off with a few other scenes to make it short and tolerable.

This is not Shashank best is what you could say easily.
