Back after a long exile from cinema Rathnaja of ‘Nenapirali, Honganasu and Premism’ has picked interesting and lengthy story but misses the sharpness. The tragedy to Raghu Mukherjee and Naina meted out in the film is ‘Asahaja’. It is nothing but a couple committing suicide. That should not have been the answer to save the grace of younger sibling and his wife.

That is why we have said ‘Rathnaja-Sahaja-Ashaja’! The story line is interesting. The 25 years ago clash results in kidnap of rival daughter and kept as hostage by Devarajappa and his first son Raghu Mukherjee is interesting. The route cause for this is the marriage of Devarajappa with his friend sister (Suhasini) two decades ago. The kidnap of respected family is just to teach a lesson and take revenge. The girl from opponent side in Devarajappa house is very cute and bubbling. The second son of Devarajappa falls in love with this girl is stressing moment for the family. The elder of Putta (Soorya) Kittu (Raghu Mukerjee) returning home is happy for his younger brother status. Kittu for the loss of his lover in life (because of his father Devarajappa) is hell bent in safety of his brother. At this point of time - the rival gang heads (Devaraj and Avinash) realizing the fault happened in the past. Kittu in his attempt also finds his ex lover in pitiable condition. Both together save the young lovers from further damages. What severe action they take to save young lovers. You better watch it in cinema halls.

Soorya and Aqsa Bhat steal the show. They are very good in songs. The lovely locations add further value to it. Devaraj, Avinash, Suhasini, Raghu Mukherjee and Naina have given neat and tidy performance. Ninasam Ashwath with cow dung on his face deserves kudos for accepting such a role.

It is a beautiful melody from debutant Raviraj. The cinematography of Ananth Urs makes your mind and heart very cool.

Rathnaja is not an ordinary director. He has stuff and making is also convincing. He deserves a win for this film.
