The six foot three inches actor Jeevan had acted at least three inches of acting it would have been a little OK. He walks lethargically deliver the dialogue with no proper exercise. Added to it the recording of dialogues for the entire film ‘Machcha’ is very poor.
It is once again old wine in new bottle story. The youngster Machcha alias Maheschandra who studies well to become a police officer is caught in corruption and foul attitude of a senior officer. Machcha losing land and house in his village and saying his mother and sister he would return with a job in city loses track and raises as the kingpin in the underworld.
Machcha is in love with Priya but she wants him to correct. An educated Machcha is caught in the web of mindless people in the underworld. He is sentenced and released after serving a term. Even in prison Machcha has fans of sheet anchor rowdies. Back in social life after five years Machcha is shown with a child and wife Priya.
Umpteen numbers of films of this standard and style have come and gone. Again and again we are forced to tell the new directors and producers to make a strong base and then jump into films.
Jeevan it seems has adjusted his walking style to the height of the silver screen. He bogs down and someone should tell him to walk straight and be stern in looks in case he is doing the hero role. He has miles to go. Saritha Jain is another misfit actress. Rajan P Dev is useless and Satyaprakash is laborious.
The main villain of this film is cameraman Mahendran. Mahendran is not a poor cameraman we know. Is it because of UFO screening the quality of camera has come down. Forget about the music. Not even one song is good.
Look out for better entertainment.
