A bilingual from Bhagyalakshmi Creations is a psychological thriller. Tejaswini has got a different kind of role in this film. Director from Andhra Pradesh Nagendra Prasad is specialized in giving thrills in his previous movies.
Prasad has written story, screenplay and dialogues besides direction of this film. A couple encounters strange things from the point of view of audience. The female lead is psychic in this film. For what reasons and what medical grounds such behavior comes from female lead is known only at the climax of this film.
It is about topographic disorder in the female protagonist. The hallucination that bursts out in Nithya makes the audience to sit back and watch the entire film. Someone is likely to stab is the fear psychosis of Nithya in a different atmosphere.
Sathya is in ad world as chief. Nithya losing her parents grows in her uncle house. The fear of Nithya is that a masked man comes before her quite often. This is astonishing for Sathya after marriage with Nithya. The psychologist figures it out as ‘topographical disorder’. This type of disorder was found in 1997. In 2000 it was found in a woman. This is what the director traced for the contents of this film ‘Nithya Jothe Sathya’.
The horror elements never harm your nerves. Raghuram music is haunting. Tejaswini has got a good role to perform and hero Manish Babu suits the character given to him. Kalyan Sami cinematography is quite OK.
Mithra, Kempe Gowda gives relief. When dynamic hero Devaraj enters in the second half, the film takes a curious turn. Devaraj deserves compliment for carrying the role with aplomb.
Score – 3/5
