A film for mind and heart with some deep thought on the present scenario by noted actor, director, producer and environmentalist Suresh Heblikar ‘Mana Manthana’ is hitting silver screen after the demise of legendary Dr Ashok Pai. Psychological contents based on Dr Ashok Pai subject in Manasa Arts ‘Mana Manthana’ is set for release on 17th of February.

Dr Ashok Pai who recently passed obviously haunted in the pre release meet. It is Suresh Heblikar remembered the early days of his company with Dr Ashok Pai. On the present generation this film is focused and it is not necessary to give medicine. The necessity is right counseling the film focus. Heblikar visiting the Shivamogga clinic of Dr Ashok Pai gathered some information and later added his vision to the points raised in the film. The mother, father, son, daughter are part of this film narration.

Maker of Alemane, Kadina Benki, Agantuka, Prathama Usha Kirana’ Suresh Heblikar has roped in new talent Kiran Rajaputh and Arpitha Gowda for lead roles.

Ramesh Bhat veteran talented actor remembered the stalwart Dr Ashok Pai. In the days of films with late Shanker Nag, Ramesh Bhat used to get a letter to his residence on his performance appreciation. At last Ramesh Bhat had opportunity act in the banner of Dr Ashok Pai and when he got the state award for best supporting actor, another letter from Dr Ashok Pai stated that the award has really got weight. That was the good self of such an epoch making personality Dr Ashok Pai. The sad part is that Ramesh Bhat could not meet Dr Ashok Pai even after working for his film. This film would be very appealing to college students he feels.

This is second film for Arpitha Gowda, she hopes of a good recognition for this film. Kiran Rajputh says he did not expect such a fine film in his career.

Actress Sangeetha got compliments from Dr Ashok Pai for her performance. The encouraging words he had told still linger in my memory stated the respected actress Sangeetha.

March Suresh is releasing this film in some part of the state. After the people know about the contents they would definitely throng at the theatres he believes strongly.

In the beautiful locations of Shivamogga the shoot was held. P Rajan is cameraman, Pravin D Rao in music, MN Swamy editing are key technicians. Suresh Heblikar has written screenplay, lyrics, dialogue and director of ‘Mana Manthana’. Sangeetha, Suman, Sridhar, Lakshmi Gopinath are in supporting roles.
