Title – Lee, Producers – Sarathi Satish, Darshan Krishna and SB Vinay, Direction – HM Srinanda, Cinematography – NU Nandakumar, Music – Rajiv Anandavikraman, Cast – Sumanth Shailender, Nabha Natesh, Sneha, Namanandi, Sadhu Kokila, Rangayana Raghu, Rahul Dev, Jayashanker, Achyuthkumar, Chikkanna, Suchindra Prasad, Tabala Nani and others.

Sumanth Shailender starting from Aata and films like Dilwala, Thirupathi Express and Bhale Jodi giving him lover boy image and ‘Bethenegere’ an action image, this one ‘Lee’ has given a new image. The struggle he has undertaken for this film in learning martial arts should have been focused to get more mileage for the film.

Otherwise a Chaco boy taking up a different role and remaining in beggar get up in the first half, it needs guts to accept such role. Similar to what happened in ‘Huchcha’, the love lost is finally gained in this film. The time of head injury from a bad dash to a pole that Charlie suffers puts him in pitiable condition. When another incident where he gets a bad hit, he comes to normal but what happened to him in the gap is touching.

The lover of Charlie, Lalitha falls to the bad eye of Rahul Dev. The bad guy wants Lalitha as his life partner. Baddies gang kidnap Lalitha and Charlie receives a strong hit on his head. Lee is posted in the dustbin surroundings.  How Charlie recoups from ill health and then takes revenge is final part of the film.

In between this fight for regaining the lover, there is a Hindu and Christian community exchanging blows. Lalitha daughter of Hindu father Achyuth Kumar and Charlie is brother of Father in the Church. When Lalitha and Charlie fall in love there is discontentment between the two families.

Sumanth Shailender has struggled hard. In the beggar role he has shown his acting skill. He is too good in action portions. Nabha Natesh is quite OK. Achyuth Kumar, Suchindra Prasad, Rangayana Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Chikkanna extended good support.

Two songs are impressive from music director Rajavikraman, cinematography is a boost to this film. Nandakumar has given good work for this film.

You have see this film ‘Lee’ for specially captured destiny dash.
