A grape grower from northern Karnataka Ravindra Gowda Patil has come to make a purposeful and meaning film as producer with his friends Jagirdar and Rathna Kumar in Sri Harsha Sanjay direction.
As a farmer Patil had seen the ills in the society. He has worked on this film script for three years and he wanted to give something very relevant through a film. He started the project in this year January. Where the politics has gone today is his concept. There is rift between two village heads in the film.
Co director of the film says the film has social awareness. There is a patriotic song sung by Vijayaprakash, two item numbers, the songs also hold mirror to the present scenario.
The audience appreciation is important however we make the film stated Prof Doddarange Gowda who had come to audio release. The inner politics and hardship to development are focused in this film. The social change is what the film opts says Prof Gowda –instead of vote the people should stop at ‘Hana and Henda’ he stated.
The film music is scored by Sri Harsha. One of the dancers in the film Simran arrived late and admitted that she was talkative at her first media meet. Hailing from Dharwad with dance profession in Mumbai, she hopes to get more opportunities from this film.
