The ambitious project of engineer turned lawyer turned director Muralikrishna debut ‘Gara’ completed shooting at Devanahalli and came before the media for briefing around 8 pm on Monday night at SRV Theatre.
Director Muralikrishna was bit emotional in the beginning remembering his past especially of ‘forgery case’ that made him to take up LLB and flourish as lawyer and win the case. At 58 he is director of ‘Gara’ that is filled with various human emotions. There is friendship, love, revenge etc in his narration style. The story line is from legendary writer RK Narayan short story. It is ‘Bhavanegala Gara’ he puts it at the completion of shoot. Muralikrishna has not introduced producer of the film so far. He is doing it at the right time. Muralikrishna introduced his film characters to the media and felt happy with everyone performance.
The two star attractions from adjacent state were Saroj Khan and Johny Lever at the media briefing. Saroj Khan stated that working environment was too good and better than Hindi cinema industry.
Johny Lever evoking laughter from a drunken man position and traffic police was at his usual wit and humor. He felt happy for working with Muralikrishna, Gururaj and brother Sadhu Kokila. The combination of Johny Lever and Sadhu Kokila is very lively. They are Jugari brothers in the film. Making huge money they lose everything. Our capacity to make people laugh no one can snatch they feel content at the end.
Sadhu Kokila admitted that he is copy cat of Johny Lever as for as comedy is concerned. Various capacity of Sadhu Kokila has impressed Johny Lever. Sadhu Kokila recalled his earlier days and meeting of Johny Lever in Mumbai Shanmukhananda Hall.
Actors Rehaman, Pradeep, Neha Patil, Avanthika, Aditya Aryan expressed happiness on working with this film and expect good results from audience.
