JAANI RELEASE ON 11TH AUGUST

The two films of Vijaya Raghavendra are set for release in the next week – August 11. One is the key protagonist in ‘Jaani’ and the other one with close relative Dr Shivarajakumar as hero ‘Mass Leader’ in which he has important role.

On the occasion of pre release meet the highly talented cameraman turning director PKH Doss stated that in his first direction he has given enough of entertainment and a tinge of issue touching the heart.

At Green House Raj Milan the popular cameraman and fondly called as ‘Dasanna’ was in full bloom. From still photography to cinematography 25 years from ‘Chaitrada Premanjali’ he has crossed many stages in the field. He started this film in a low key but the things went up in making. He thanked his producers Janakiram ,Aravind and Purushottam for making his feeling coming rightly on screen. It is only direction from Dasanna, the cinematography for this film is done by his long time assistant Kumar Chakravarthy.

According to Rangayana Raghu there was good atmosphere of work. Doss knew what he wanted and it was easy for actors like me to give the requirement he said. He plays a cop in this film and in his inner heart there is some concern.

Mooguru Sundar dance director of over 1500 films and father of Prabhudeva is in a dance number in this film. recalling his 1957 entry for a small role , it was difficult to enact before the camera made him to take up direction. Off the camera Mooguru Sundaram was cool in dialogue delivery of that MGR film. He remembered 60 years dialogue given to him and narrated it with thundering voice.

Janakiram ,Aravind and Purushottam builder by profession explained that Johny later became Jaani in the title. He has been long time friend of Doss and at Shivalinga time he decided on this film with Janakiram

There are four songs in this film ‘Jaani’. Danny in the villain role says this is a good pack of entertainment.
