Journalist turned director Kira Hegde in CMCR Movies is a travel of escapades of five friends encountering Maskaphobia and Narcissism as they explore unexplored swathes of Western Ghats in their quest to unearth Karadi Guhe.
The one minute motion poster that disclose ‘Victim…trapped filled with agony etc is on the travails of a travel to Karadi Guhe. ‘Manaroopa – episodes never ends was started one year ago and director Hegde is attempting to showcase different mindsets of people in this psychological thriller. There is no horror in this film. It is a new age cinema. He has shot in the forest for 43 days. It holds a mirror to the human beings nature and qualities.
Hegde had seen some aspects that are not clear in the millennium generation of 1980 to 2000 born. There is some sort of escapism in their attitudes. Hegde hailing from Uttar Kannada and lover of forest shot entire film in that region. For the capture of real sounds he travelled three days with sound designer of the film Nagaraj Hulivan.
Mahabala Sithalabhavi has joined hands with director Hegde in writing dialogues.
Dilip Kumar makes debut with Anusha Rao, Nisha BR, Shivaprasad, Amogh Siddarth, Gaja Ninasam and others. Suri and Loki have done editing. Saravanaa has done music for this film.
The suspense packed psychological thriller has ‘Gumma’ role in it. Govinda Raj handled cinematography in the thick forest areas.
