The former Miss India Celina Jaitely (she got the award when her father was posted in Bangalore) the hot actress from Bollywood come to Sandalwood in ‘Srimathi’ Kannada film opposite real star Upendra. Celina ropes the costumes from Paris and Thailand for her role. Who says Kannada cinema industry is not wealthy? Where does the 10 point cost cutting program of Kannada film producers apply now?

When Celina Jaitley introduced her designer Jeenith Suri from Mumbai media and said the costumes are brought from Thailand and Paris for a few seconds the pin drop silence situation aroused.

Continuing her media address talking about her dress and role Celina said this is her career best role in the five and half years. I have not got such a powerful role and I look somewhat Zeenath Aman or Parveen Babi of those days she stated.
The experience is memorable for me. I mugged up one full page report and narrated it and got the applause. It was like school days for me said Celina the sexy siren of Hindi films. Language problem is there but I believe in reading the mind of opposite artists stated Celina for a question.

Speaking high on the punctuality of shoot in Kannada cinema Celina said that this is what missing in Bollywood. In her first Kannada film Celina is doing what Priyanka Chopra has done. Priyanka Chopra had budiya Amrish Puri as her hubby in the film ‘Aitraaz’ and here in Kannada version Prem Chopra is opposite Celina Jaitley. This is the first time Prem Chopra entering Kannada cinema.
