The much awaited bail for the two actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjana Galrani has finally turned futile. The High Court has rejected the bail for the two in the drugs case.
Along with Ragini Dwivedi, Sanjana Galrani and another connected Prashanth Ranka also filed the bail application. Justice Srinivas Harish Kumar turned down the bail today afternoon.
The NDPS case has been connected to Sanjana and Ragini. It is not right to give bail in this case the order says.
On September 4 it was for 10 days judicial custody that later posted the two to Parappana Agrahara. The first rejection in this case was on September 28. Later the case was moved to High Court. The hearing was posted to 24 October.
It is almost 60 plus days of stay in Parappana Agrahara for Ragini and Sanjana with the bail rejection. The duo are contemplating moving to the Supreme Court for bail sanction.
