The final verdict related to Darshan bail will be announced by the session’s court today.

Mr Venkata Reddy placed the arguments of conciliation between husband wife, no organ in Vijayalakshmi damaged completely, no need of section 398A etc.

The PP in his argument argued that Darshan activities are dangerous in this case and he is not like what he is in cinema. The bail verdict would give a wrong signal in the society he argued.

Hearing both the parties argument the judge declared the verdict will be announced tomorrow. Darshan wife Vijayalakshmi was also present at the time of argument to explain her stand.

In case the court considers that this is family issue the chances of getting bail for Darshan is very positive says the legal experts.
