DIGANTH GIVES UP HINDI FOR KANNADA - www.chitratara.com scoop

It is a right decision on the part of double dimple hero Diganth. He has finally given up Hindi film with actress Prachi Desai of 1920 film makers.

Apparently Diganth is giving up Hindi for Kannada film ‘Onduralli Obba Raja’ in the direction of Dinakar Toogudeepa for Toogudeepa Production.

My luck seems to be not materializing in Hindi. It is cancelling for the fourth time. I was in Mumbai for 15 days recently and the final decision of conducting shooting for my Hindi film fell precisely on the dates I have allocated for Kannada film. That has made me to give up for Kannada film said the Thirthahalli boy Diganth Manchale.

Diganth signed the contract with Vikram Bhat for ‘1920’ third sequel horror movie. It has already conducted the photo shoot. Prachi Desai (actress from television serials to Hindi films) is my heroine. At Mumbai, London and Rajasthan the schedule for ‘1920’ was fixed.

I was selected for the film after a screen test. The clips of my film songs in the internet media plus the crowd that gather for my films at Multiplex were studied before offering me the role. I was told to grow lengthy hair and I have just done that says Diganth.

It is a very nice story done by Dinakar and I love to be part of it. The greatness is that despite of super hero in the house the offer to act coming for hero like me shows the magnanimity. When Jothe Jotheyali was made Premkumar was cast in the lead role. Darshan was in a guest role. He might be part of ‘Onduralli Obba Raja’ says Diganth.

As of now he has completed ‘E Priti’ and Kodi Ramakrishna film is stalled for quite some time.
