The audio release event of ‘Abhinetri’ Kannada cinema the debut production of Pooja Gandhi also an actress in lead roles - at Chowdwaiah Memorial hall on Thursday saw a tumultuous welcome to ‘Goddess of Voice’ (according to Mano Murthy) Shreya Goshal.
It was whistle, applaud and cheerful crowd at Chowdaiah received the one and only Shreya Goshal. When Shreya Goshal uttered a few Kannada words taught by anchor Anusha the gathering cheered up and demanded a song.
Shreya Goshal inviting lyrics writer Jayanth Kaikini as Mano Murthy music director already on stage and Pooja Gandhi to her side rendered a few lines of two songs of ‘Abhinetri’ Kannada cinema. Shreya Goshal has rendered five songs in this album.
Shreya addressing the lovely gathering says this is a film ‘Abhinetri’ on womanhood. I am blessed with genius music director in Kannada cinema. Singing five songs in this album it is almost my personal album. The subject of this movie is intense, strong and close to heart. Mano Murthy is a gem, musically rich lauded Shreya Goshal.
Out of five favorite is difficult to pick. Shreya first rendered Navirada nalume…. And later sang the title song. In Kannada I have Ek Se badkar Ek…. Good songs. The crux of this film music is title song she pointed.
