Already double in the budget producer Muniraju a strong political background personality in his first venture has spent Rs.14 lakhs on the songs alone in ‘Mannina Madilu’ – 2 lakhs for recording by music director Kabir, 8 lakhs for shooting of songs and 4 lakhs for songs audio release function in a grand style. For the audio release the producer made an expensive invitation that indicated the audio release will be a BJP function at Mangalameru Kalyana Mantapa near Mahadevapura that is 25 kilometers from Bangalore city.

Producer Muniraju is confident on his subject and it would be very close to family audience he says. The issue of village life and living is better than city life – the children in village becoming lazybones without realizing the importance of agriculture and others are highlighted in the film.

Director Sangam has spent double the budget he had given to producer. Lahari Audio Velu has brought the songs of ‘Mannina Madilu’ to market is of the opinion that the money is not seen in the audio sale today for cinema. The deal that was taking place in two minutes for acquiring the audio rights is now not happening even after five hours. Lack of quality in music and lyrics are the major grouse according to Velubhai.
